Sir my questions is related to sleep. Acctualy sir i work 3 shift in a day. One is morning shift start 3am to 8 am and my second and third sift is 3 to 9 pm night.. Sir i sleep only 4 hours or 5 hours in night and i could not sleep in morning time. Sir my question is 4 or 5 hours of sleep enough for . I wakup in morning but did not feel restless. But I always have tension that why I could notfall in sleep in morning time In morning time when i trying to sleep that time lots of thought come my mind. So tell me sir what shall I do
