Hi.My name is vivek vyas and I have been working in uae since last 7 years years.I had applied for Italy work visa 1 year ago from platinum immigration services llc. I deposited 3000+vat.They promised me that they will complete their process within 6-8 months but they couldn't do enything. So I asked for my money back but they are giving me 6 months more period to get back the money. What should I do?
