To whom it may concern,Assalamualaikum warrahmatullahi wabarakatu. I'm Dan-Liben Tolentino Solon. I'm a Filipino, working at TGI FRIDAY RESTAURANT AL AHLIA COMPANY for 6 years from July 15, 2015 to July ‪15 2021‬. I ended my contract on the said date,however, my company filed a case against me which is AWOL(Absent without official leave) "Huroob". I received their complain last August 5, 2021. Before I ended my contract, I sent the company an email and messages through what's app informing them that I will not anymore renew my contract and iqama with them and that i asked them if they will let me transfer in another company. I asked them to accept my qiwa request because I already finished my contract. But the company refused my request many times. Moreover, I have and can provide concrete evidences that i'm not AWOL/Huroob. I am still staying in the accommodation provided by the company and have no source of income for almost 6 months now. 0570360200 thank you in advance

If the employer filed a fake report against you then you can remove it if you met the conditions below:
1- - The labor office should be reviewed within a period of 20 days through electronic services from the date of its submission and proof of the maliciousness of the report, since after this date it is impossible to cancel it, and the deportation procedures for you will take place with it.
2. You can cancel the absenteeism report after exceeding 20 days. 
The customer can cancel the absenteeism report from the Labor Office to manage absenteeism reports.” It is also possible to enter the website of the Ministry of Labor and submit the request electronically, as a malicious proof request service for a report of absence, but it should be noted that this new system has excluded some casesThe private driver, the guard, the domestic labour, the shepherd and the gardener. Therefore, the new system does not apply to these categories of workers, meaning that they need no objection from the sponsor to change the work.
 
If you are not one of those categories, you can request a change of work without any problems, but the employer must be notified electronically and then change the work and services are available through the (Qiwa) and (Absher) platforms, and the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Labor announced this in general, and if you have Any other purpose can be clarified.
