Hello, My name is Nishan Rana and i was cancelled...
Hello, My name is Nishan Rana and i was cancelled by my previous company on 18/01/2022 and my last date is 16/02/2022 in which ethier i had to apply for new job or visit visa. I already got a new job in another company on 13/01/2022 and signed all the contract papers but the new company but the new company has still not given me my e-visa which i ccould show to my previous company and claim my passport. So tomorrow is my last day and i called my new company for e-visa but still they say it will come tomorrow and this is going on from 1month and i had no reason but to apply for my new visit visa which i applied today 15/02/2022 and now my previous company is saying that tomorrow is my last day so the company will deport me to my country or is saying that they will ban/blacklist me because the company will be responsible for overstaying fine. I told my previous company that i have applied for visit visa and visa will come soon and if there is a overstaying fine i will be responsible to pay the fine but still the company doesnot want to listen to me and is saying will ban/blacklist me. I tried talking with the company but still they don't want to listen to me because i have done everything i can to ask for the e-visa from the new company but still i haven't received and i've applied for visit. So my question is if there is a overstay fine is the company responsible or me to pay the fine and is my previous company allowed to ban/blacklist me without any reason?

If your inquiry relates to a ban being imposed against you, here is the following information:
At the end of the work contract, the employer must review the General Administration of Residence to apply to cancel the worker's visa, and within thirty days from the date of visa cancellation, the worker can either obtain a new work contract or leave the UAE to Avoid paying a fine due to overstaying and the previous company and the employee are responsible for paying the fine.
We recommend reviewing the previous company and submitting any documents confirming the application for a new visitor visa.
In order to avoid the previous company filing an escape report against you.
