Later, Ilias' mother Jamila Khatun filed a case and arrested the accused Police later recovered the head,Elias will kill all the members of the family if the accused are not released on bail and start threatening in various ways to withdraw the case.A member of this family, Upazila Juba League activist Md. Mostafa Kamal has been brutally tortured by terrorists and unscrupulous police for several years now. Haider Chowdhury transferred him from Mymensingh,Mostafa also said that the latest OC of Mymensingh DB, present OC of Kotwali Police Station Shah Kamal Akand and Pagla Police Station OC Rasheduzzaman along with Mostafa accused SI Masud Jamali, SI Akram and SI Akter of Pagla Police Station conspired to kill Mostafa in the area. They plot to make money by accusing people, like Hafez, the main witness in the Elias murder case.Along with Md. Azim Uddin, on 19/09/2020, Azim Uddin was slaughtered and killed by the robbers of the area, while the accused are innocent people, the robbers of the area are walking around with their chests swollen Living Azim Uddin's family,Mostafa said that all the dishonest policemen mentioned here have a syndicate in their home district of Jamalpur.No action has been taken against the Mymensingh District Superintendent of Police and DIG for informing them about this, as some dishonest politicians and people in the upper house are involved in this syndicate.Mostafa Kamal is now living a lonely life in Dubai, leaving his wife and children at his father-in-law's house and fleeing from Bangladesh to the United Arab Emirates on a visit visa.And the plaintiff in the murder case of elder brother Elias, mother Jamila Khatun has been living alone in her daughter's house for 9 years in Sreepur, Gazipur.Saddam Hussein's younger brother has no address, Mostafa said. If I go back to Bangladesh, they will kill me. There is no doubt that my body will not be found.Mostafa wants to get his mother's rights back
