Is it legal for a holiday homes company that rented an apartment for 10months, to sublease it for 1year?

I rented an apartment to a holiday homes company for 10months and they subleased it for 1year. The company is no longer in Dubai and i want to know if this is legal and also how i can get my apartment back.

In my teenantcy contract with Holiday homes company it is not mentioned that i allow sublease, but i realized, that the company ll use it for holidays 1 week, 2-3 weeks. Now did not get rent from the company. But there is a teenant, who had payed to Holiday homes.
