We would like to inform you that according to the Federal Law (Family Violence), if you are exposed to this, you can go to the Public Prosecution and file a complaint, as it is possible through the Public Prosecution on its own or at the request of the victim to issue a protection order that obliges the aggressor not to be subjected to the victims, and not to approach the places intended to protect them, or any other place in which the protection order is mentioned and not to harm their personal property of them or any of their family members or to take any other measures that the Public Prosecution deems necessary to include in the protection order that would provide effective protection for this category or any of the persons likely to be harmed because of their relationship with it,
The protection order can extend for six months, and the law has granted the Public Prosecution to offer the conciliation to the party who was the victim of the crime before disposing of the case according to the controls and procedures stipulated in Law No. 35 of 1992.
