امي عملت اشعه رنين للركبه بسبب الام حاده وهذه المتيجه آرٌيـّےـَِدِّ شرحها Degenerative arthritis changes involving the tibio-femoral and patello-femoral joints in the form of thinning of patellar cartilage, reduction of joint space, extrusion of body of medial and lateral menisci, subchondral oedema, space and periarticular osteophytes. l Mucoid degeneration of ACL and PCL. l Grade I intrasubstance signal changes/mucoid degeneration involving the body and posterior horn of medial meniscus. Significantly thinned out posterior horn of medial meniscus near its root attachment. l Grade I intrasubstance signal changes involving the posterior horn of lateral meniscus. l Grade I medial collateral ligament sprain. l Moderate joint effusion reaching the suprapatellar bursa. l Mild edema involving the soft tissues around the knee joint.
