You can file a complaint to the labour office and explain the matter in detail for the purposes of calling the sponsor and obliging him to renew the visa as long as the employment contract is still valid
If it is rejected you will be granted approval by human resources to change the employer with the possibility of claiming your full labour rights 
Therefore, a complaint must be filed as has been clarified, considering human resources the competent body in ending labour disputes.
