We would like to inform you that if there a case then you will not be banned unless by a sentence from the court, and without that you will not be banned unless you are danger on the security situation and that is not expected.

Note that the administrative deportation is issued by the General Administration in the country and doesn’t have specific period as below article states:

Article (86) regarding the entry and residence of foreigners,  No 6 of 1973 and these cases are:

A) If he is sentenced and the court orders in his judgment to deport him.

B) If he does not have a visible means of living.

C) If the security authorities believe that his deportation is called for by the public interest, public security or public morals.
