Hi , I bought a new electric scooter for my son , it was delivered yesterday, today in the morning he was trying it and as soon as he starts riding it he fell down get injured in his all body, head face arms and legs, we went to the hospital and bandages his fractures and can’t go to school for few days. They telling me to sue the scooter company, kindly advise
