Treatment of stomach pain?
First of all dear customer, there are different causes for abdominal pain, so it's recommended to see a doctor for assessment of your condition and then treat the problem accordingly. As it is possible that the symptoms might results from H.pylori infection which will be treated by a triple treatment consisting of clarithromycin 500 mg twice a day, metronidazole 500 mg twice a day, and omeprazole 20 mg twice a day for two weeks after consulting your health provider. Furthermore, Omeprazole can be used to reduce stomach acidity and irritation. It's also advised to avoid eating spicy foods and caffeine drinks because it increases stomach irritation, and increase intake of vegetables and fruits and drink plenty of water during the day as well as tp avoid stress and anxiety.

Diagnosis:
Medical examination by the gastroenterologist. Complete blood count test CBC . Examination of the H.PYLORI through a stool sample and urea breath test. Additionaly, an endoscopy may be done.
