Login using the smart card to the e-services portal of the Ministry of Interior.
Choose the required authority (personal for the card holder’s transactions, or the name of the company authorized to carry out its transactions).
Click on "No Objection Certificates - Companies" and select "Other No Objection Certificates".
Enter the basic data about the company and the applicant and add the required text in the certificate on the “Application Data” page.
Attach the required documents on the "Attachments" page (commercial register, establishment registration, trade license).
Review the data entered and validate it on the "Summary" page.
Press "Send" to confirm that the request has been sent to the entity that was specified at the beginning of the request.
