Dear Madam Maha, I am owner of a company I closed in Jan 2021 due to no business but kept license. I cancel everyone except one staff(manager) who request I keep his visa for looking for new jobs. I did this without taking writing because I know him very well since 2005 and seemed like a good person. In May 2021 when I felt he is not coming for cancellation I put pressure and instead of cancelling visa he put case in labour falsely showing he was working and he's owed salary. When in truth he was not working for us and also not getting job, he has bank personal loans more than 100,000+ so maybe someone advice him to make complain like this. I need help since I cleared his WPS till Dec 2020 and I have proofs my office all closed plus other staff witness who are working somewhere else in Dubai now. Court judgement came on case, he asked for more than 64,000+ and judge gave judgement to give him 22,500+ ticket approx. He has no right for any money since he did not work even a day, plus money from my company missing since he managed accounts, plus he mismanaged company and misbehaved with staffs. I have witness from 2 staff and landlord proving my company closed, plus letters of bank account close, Etisalat disconnection, letter from a service provider proving we were closed since January 2021. My license also expired in May 2021 and he was asking salary for June 2021. He is an illegal in Dubai does not come to cancel visa and also illegally working somewhere else. I am very stressed and I have never faced a scam situation like this. More than this he has personally made more than 45000 Dhs stuck outside company payments which he was responsible to recover as manager and never followup for payments. Dear ma'am I'm being scammed, many times companies trouble staff but in my case I'm being wrongly abused and this guy is misusing labour laws to get money. Please help me with guidance and if i can appeal judgement, i really need help!
