Hello..how to dismiss a manager of a professional...

We would like to inform you that regarding to provisions of the Companies Law if the manager is a partner and appointed in the company’s articles of incorporation, he may not be dismissed except with the unanimity of the other partners or by a ruling from the competent court.

If the manager is a partner and appointed in a contract independent of the company’s articles of incorporation, or if he is not a partner, whether he was appointed in the company’s articles of incorporation or in a separate contract, he may be dismissed by a decision of the majority of the partners or by a judgment of the competent court.

The dismissal of the manager in the previous two cases shall not result in the dissolution of the company unless the contract stipulates otherwise.
