My first contract in KSA expires as on 5 December...
My first contract in KSA expires as on 5 December 2021, However I have already given notice for non-renewal of my contract as on 4 November 2021 via email but the management offer me a position and increase in my salary verbally and I agree to stay with them verbally and after that I have received salaries for the month of January which includes the increased amount as agreed verbally by them. Although I have not revoked my notice for non-continuation via email. In my previous contract there were two clauses one is if I do not want to renew my contract I must to give notice before 30 days and another is if I want to resign I must to give notice before 90 days, my employer neqat status is red – My question is that what options I have if I want to get transfer now to another Company. Is my notice still valid as I did not revoke it or it is not valid as I received the salary for the next month – Although for the new designation and salary I have not sign any contract yet, Further currently I dont have any contract at GOSI and Qiwa
