Am work in a Garage in Dubai, due to harassment and long hours at work I decided to terminate my contract so I gave my company cancelation notice on the 5th of September to 5th December, but the company refusing to give me cancelation.
So on the 25th of January my boss was harassing me again I insisted strongly that I need cancelation so he grab my neck and force me out of the Garage, I complain the next day at labour requesting for cancelation. When labour call him he is lied that I have cost damage in garage so heed 20000 from me. I need help

you have the right to leave the work without notice, and the employer does not deserve any compensation, so you must start by filing a complaint against the employer and then submitting your resignation with a clear reason for resignation purpose as the Federal Labor Law stipulates:
