We would like to inform you that if you terminate the work contract without a legitimate reason, you will be deprived of the end of service bonus in addition to paying compensation to the employer equivalent to one month's salary
Also, you will be deported from the UAE and prevented from returning for a year. The employer will also file an escape report against you. So, if you receive bad treatment from the employer, you must return to the employer again, and after that you can file a complaint against him with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation if there is bad treatment.
According to the Domestic Workers Law , states below:
Article (27)
The worker is deprived of the end of service gratuity if the work contract ends due to unlawful interruption from work, or if the contract is terminated by the worker without a legitimate reason.

Indeed, the words of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation are true, that the worker can terminate the work contract
After six months, but the worker must pay compensation to the employer equivalent to one month's salary.
But the employer can request a ban against the worker due to the illegal termination of the employment contract.
