I have a case judgement issued in 2011 as i was...
I have a case judgement issued in 2011 as i was not available in the country for a bank Auto loan, which i have already cleared in 2017. But the judgement is still pending. It says "The sentence is two months in prison The reason for the cessation is the expiry of the criminal case by the lapse of time.". Please provide me solution how to clear from court. Thanks

n case a criminal judgement was issued against you in 2011 and you settled it in 2017, then the criminal case has lapsed due to the passage of more than five years since the issuance of the judgement, and accordingly, the judgement has lapsed and the criminal case against you is expired and therefore all effect of the judgement issued against you in 2011 are null now

The criminal case shall end with the death of the accused or after the issuance of a final judgement or one of the accused's relatives waiver, a comprehensive pardon or abolition of the law that is penalising him / her. All except of Taboos' crimes, retaliation, blood money, and felonies punishable by death or life imprisonment, the criminal case lapses with the lapse of twenty years in other felonies, as well as five years in misdemeanours and one year in offences, all from the day the crime was committed.
The duration in which the criminal case expires shall not be suspended for any reason whatsoever.

I came to UAE on visit visa this month and was stopped at the Airport as i was blacklisted for this case. They leave me and ask me to get it cleared from Abudhabi as the case was registered in Abudhabi. I requested the court for clearance letter so i can remove my name from police dept, so I can leave the country. But the court replied that i have been sentenced for 2 months in prison as i was not available and due to lapse of time, it also said that a search warrant will be issued to police. Now how can i get this cleared. Thanks.

You can remove the ban by submitting an application, an appeal to the Department of Nationality and Foreigners, which is considered as the competent authority to receive an application, permission, or entry visa.
You should support your application with all information related to residence or previous stays in the country, the reasons for deportation and the circumstances that occurred after it.

Finally, if the Minister of Interior issues a decision to accept the appeal application and return to the Emirates again, your name will be removed from the black list
