We would like to inform you that there are several cases that the employer may not submit an escape report against the worker if these cases are met, which are if the worker to be reported has a complaint or a labor lawsuit under consideration at the Ministry or the competent court, and if the worker is on sick leave, maternity leave, periodic or absent for a legitimate reason and a period of seven consecutive days has not passed since the end of the leave or the legitimate absence, in addition to the establishment’s knowledge of the whereabouts of the worker and the opinion of the competent employee that he may be summoned and attended to the Ministry without arrest.
 
   Therefore, if the sponsor filed an escape report against you, it may be proven that this report is malicious and that he knows your whereabouts. In this case, the penalty for this report that he will be fined. You also have the right to file a lawsuit to ask him to pay you a financial compensation for these damages he caused you.

Ok so I'm not leaving the company room but he is threatening me the he will call police and all so what should I do I have to leave the room or what and what happens if police catch he under the command of my employer

We would like to inform you that if the sponsor filed a complaint against the worker for his absence from work without right, so  there are several criteria may be based on to prove that the absconding report is made without right, including, but not limited to the following:

1) The sponsor shall register the communication after the worker has filed a complaint against him with the Labor Office
2) The sponsor's registration of the absence report after the worker has submitted the application for transfer of the sponsorship
3) The sponsor assigns the worker specific work after submitting a report of absenteeism

You may remove the malicious report by filing an application at the General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners' Affairs
