We would like to inform you that according to the data mentioned in your inquiry and with reference to the UAE Residence law as well as the Labor law, once the sponsor is not known and you have a work visa, so here the jurisdiction in this matter is the Office of Labor and Human Resources.  So that you shall go to that office being the competent authority to settle labor disputes. If the sponsor submitted an absconding against you, it may be canceled with an assessment of what proves that the absconding report is fictitious and that it aims to deprive you of working in the country, with a statement that the sponsor is not able to be contacted with. Therefore, the Labor and Human Resources Office may remove and cancel it and oblige the sponsor to grant you work according to the employment contract. Otherwise, you will be granted permission to change the employer without the condition of obtaining a non-objection certificate  and without any legal responsibilities on you in terms of any claims made by your sponsor.
