hello sir my name is mohamed meeraz and my contract has been terminated on article 74 paragraph no 1 (if both the parties agree to terminate it,provide the employee approval to be written and i had done with all the procedure and company was notified me that my last working day was 9th jan 2022 and now its been almost 14 days over still now i did not received any final settlement or flight tickets just want to confirm what is the next step i have to take

If your contract expires on January 9, 2022, and the employer has not settled your financial dues and has not issued you a travel ticket, in this case, you must file a complaint against the employer before the Labour Office with a request to oblige the employer to settle all your financial rights and issue a return ticket to your country, and the owner will be summoned Work and obligated to do so
This is in accordance with the provisions of the Labour Law as follows:
Article 40:

Article eighty-eight:
If the worker’s service is terminated, the employer must pay his wages and liquidate his rights within a week - at most - from the date of the end of the contractual relationship. But if the worker is the one who terminated the contract, the employer must liquidate his rights in full within a period not exceeding two weeks. The employer may deduct any debt due to him due to work from the amounts owed to the worker.
