We would like to inform you that according to the Federal Penal Code which stipulates in Article 404:
Anyone who steals, uses, or squanders sums, bonds, or any other movable money to the detriment of the right holders, when it was handed over to him by way of deposit, lease, mortgage, free-of-use or agency, shall be punished by imprisonment or a fine.
In the application of this judgement, it is considered in the ruling of the partner agent over the joint money, and the vassal over the money of the person concerned, and whoever receives something to be used in a specific matter for the benefit of its owner.
