How to treat vaginal pain and discharge ?
Dear customer, there are different types of vaginal discharge with different causes. It can be water like but more thick (egg white) and this is normal which can occur during ovulation. However, it resutls from an infection which can be treated by metronidazole 500mg twice a day for a week. If it's white cheesy discharge, the treatment will be Fluconazole 100 mg once. If you suffer from vaginal iching, you can use betamethasone cream three times per day. Furthermore, it's advised to wear a cotton underwear and to keep the vaginal area clean and dry.
How to get diagnosed ?
By history and simple physical examinations. If it's uncertain, sample from the secretions might be taking to be examined under the microscope
