Hi, when I furnished details for background check towards new organisation, I had mentioned, resigned due to personal reasons. However I was terminated and while this happened I was asked to keep it confidential. However when the new employer called the former company , they said I was asked to resign. There was a mismatch and my hiring is on hold. They have not cancelled my new residency permit yet. What do you think the chances are
