The trial period is calculated from the date of signing the contract that includes the probation condition. From that date, the probationary period begins to be calculated, as the Labor Relations Regulation Law stipulates:
Article 37
The worker may be appointed on probation for a period not exceeding six months, and the employer may dispense with the worker’s services during this period without warning and without an end-of-service gratuity. That period of service must be counted.
