Without iqama how can i take vaccin

We would like to inform you that Only residents of the KSA can receive the vaccine, and they must be of the following categories:
 1.  the KSA Citizens  those who work for them in their homes
 2. Senior citizens and residents (60 years and over)
 3. People with special needs
 4. People with chronic diseases
5. Workers in educational or health institutions
 If the visitor wants to receive the vaccine, then he shall get approval from the KSA Health Authority.
