i am a international student in dubai. my institute has cancelled my visa upon some condition mentioning i did a huge crime which was talking with the teacher in institute. the made me write a lot of apology letter and even forced me to write a letter mentioning i will not ask for refund to college. i said i wont but they started telling me we will file a case to you and you will have to pay 1 million fine to college and will be banned from institute. and even warned me not to disclose this thing if i disclose they will do bad to me filing unwanted case. nut as now i have less days left i asked to college to provide me refund even if its less soo that i can return to my country. but now they are saying pay the hostel fee and leave i said i dont have money and they said they will talk but now suddenly they are saying we dont care for hostel and has asked one of their staff to take me out of hostel the way he wants. i have the proofs they have said me if i do 1 crime they will 100 crime on own and its law of dubai. i have proof when i asked for refund they said we cant and it dont have any reasons. they charged me wanted case and mentioned they have proofs but when i said i have not done soo can i have have proofs theay said we dont provide proofs to anyone, they will show only when its necessery. soo now i need a help knowing if i can do anything.
