Hello I have been working for a company for 7 month I told the supervisor that I want to cancel but he keeps on saying I should work for him I asked him for a cancellation form he refused and he stopped me from coming to the site and I reported the matter to the head office the HR send back to the site I went there the supervisor asked me out again I keep going to head office but they're sending me back to the site but the supervisor keeps rejecting me it happens more than 6 times and it been 4 month now I have been out of work without payment

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, this is legal violation by the employer and considered arbitrary dismissal as below article states:
Article (115):
Where an employment contract is for a definite term and the employer revokes it for reasons other than those specified in Article (120) he shall be required to compensate the worker for any damage the latter sustains, provided that the amount of compensation shall in no case exceed the aggregate wage due for a period of three months or the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
So, you can go to the labor court and explain the details and refer you to the public prosecution and file a criminal complaint for the fraud to take the legal procedure and force him to pay all the rights according to the law.
