My Qatar RP has been canceled, but I dont know...

If you have residence in Qatar and you are in UAE now and the case finished and there is no generalization against you then you can return with work visa. But if you were deported from Qatar then you can’t return ever as the below article from the Expat Law states:
Article (21)
The Minister of the Interior shall, after obtaining the Governor's approval, issue a decision to deport any foreigner who, in his presence, constitutes a threat to the security of the country, its safety inside or outside, its economy, public health or morals. The decision of deporting a foreigner may include members of his or her foreign family whom taken care of by that expatriate.
Article 23
A foreigner, against whom a deportation order has been issued, shall not be allowed to return to Qatar except by a resolution from the Minister of Interior
