What are the treatment of pelvic pain and abnormal discharge ?
If you suffer from vaginal infection you have to pay good attention to personal hygiene and your doctor will prescribe medications such as Oral antibiotics as Doxycycline 100mg twice daily for 14 days in case of Pelvic inflammatory disease or metronidazol in case of vaginal Bacterial infection with topical medication as Dektacort cream three times per day and Vaginal douches once daily .
