We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Residence Law, only the sponsor who can cancel the visa, if the visa cancelled then you can get copy of it, if not you can go to the labor office. Note that the sponsor can force you to leave the country, so you can’t apply for visit visa.
So we advise you to settle the situation with the employer friendly, to be able to apply for visa even for work or visit.
