Treatment of the urinary tract infection :

The treatment is being decided according to the cause of your symptoms after doing investigations and medical assessment  and determining  the cause then the diagnosis and treatment are detected by the doctor .
Your symptoms are corresponding to urinary tract infection and the treatment includes pain killers containing Paracetamol, non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen, anti inflammatory drugs containing Chymotrypsin and antibiotics containing Trimethoprime and Sulfamethoxazole or Nitrofurantoin, in addition to the importance of drinking plenty of fluids, avoiding smoking, alcohol, caffeine and lots of spicy food  .

Diagnosis of urinary tract infection  :

The diagnosis is made by taking full history and clinical examination of the patient and doing investigations including blood investigations like CBC, inflammatory and infection marks ESR and CRP, urine analysis, urine culture, tumor markers and doing pelvic and abdominal  x-ray and ultrasound .
