Hi the problem is my employer used my credit card without my consent. They were holding it. Later on when I went to then bank I realized that the number and email address used in the card are completely different. When I went to the bank last week I realized that the credit card bills has been paid off. I want to ask you if I can still file for a case for this.

If the credit card is with the business owner (Sponsor) and he used it without your knowledge, then you can file a complaint against him at the Public Prosecution and claim penalty upon him legally and request the recovery of your money from him, as the Federal Penal Code stipulates:
Article 404
Anyone who steals, uses, or squanders sums, bonds, or any other movable money to the detriment of the right holders, when it was handed over to him by way of deposit, lease, mortgage, free-of-use or agency, shall be punished by imprisonment or a fine.
In the application of this judgement, it is considered in the ruling of the partner agent over the joint money, and the vassal over the money of the person concerned, and whoever receives something to be used in a specific matter for the benefit of its owner.
