How to treat univentricular heart Hypoplastic left heart syndrome

the drug Prostin  in given to keep the ductus arteriosus open to allow the blood from the right ventricle to flow to the aorta and the body and if there is drop in the oxygen level in the blood then mechanical ventilation can be done and in some cases then Atrial septostomy can be done to allow the blood to shunted to the left heart and pumped through the aorta to the body then Norwood procedure can be done in which the aorta  is connected to the right ventricle
