Being in the probationary period, you are not entitled to any kind of sick leave. In this case, part of your salary will be deducted, as the Labor Relations Regulation Law stipulates:
Article 83:
1- The worker is not entitled to any paid sick leave during the probationary period.
2- If the worker spent more than three months after the end of the probationary period in the continuous service of the employer and fell ill, he shall have the right to a sick leave not exceeding ninety consecutive or intermittent days for each year of his service and calculated as follows:
A - The first fifteen days with full pay.
b- The following thirty days with half pay.
c- The periods that follow are without pay.
