According to these clinical symptoms,try to use voltarine ointment 20-40gm use it locally twice daily on the site of left leg daily for 3-5 days also try to use diclofen ingection by therapeutic dose 1 cc intramuscular daily for 3 days ,i advise also to keep the cat in quite situation with our any stress or more exercise
