Left side pain treatment
The treatment is done first through physical rest and avoiding any hard muscular work. pain reliever such as ibuprofen 400 mg is taken twice a day. drinking more water during the day, at least 3 liters a day to get rid of any salts in the body y. Follow a healthy diet and avoid eating salty or spicy foods.
