Treatment of the testicular pain :
The treatment is being decided according to the cause of your symptoms after doing investigations and medical examination and determine the cause and the diagnosis and treatment are detected by the doctor .
The treatment also includes pain killers containing Paracetamol, non-steroidal anti inflammatory like Ibuprofen and drugs for neurological pain containing Amitriptyline and antibiotics in case of bacterial infection, in addition to the possibility of surgical treatment .
Diagnosis of testicular pain :
The diagnosis is made by taking full history and clinical examination of the patient and doing investigations including blood investigations like CBC, inflammatory and infection marks ESR and CRP, urine analysis, urine culture, culture for penile discharge, tumor markers and doing pelvic and abdominal ultrasound .
Causes of testicular pain :
- bacterial infection 
- fungal infection 
-testicular torsion 
- trauma
- hernia
- renal, ureteric and bladder stones
- abdominal bleeding 
- varicose veins
