We would like to inform you that upon cancellation of the visa, the UAE ID, the passport and a statement that the worker have received all his rights from the employer. After canceling the visa, the employer will be granted a grace period of thirty days, during which, the worker will either obtain a new employment contract or leave the UAE before the expiration of that period.
The employer cannot cancel the visa unless he submits an acknowledgment that the worker has received all his financial rights.
