I have a problem some harassed and blackmail me on...

We would like to inform you that according to the Saudi Information Crime Prevention System and Penal Code, online threating is considered a crime so you have to file a complaint ti the nearest police office and follow the legal procedures. Note that you have provide a proof for that threating so the police call the person who threatened you and refer him to the court to be punished. 

 

1- Eavesdropping on what is sent through the information network or a computer - without a valid legal justification - or picking it up or intercepting it.
2 - illegal entry to threaten or blackmail a person; To compel him to do or abstain from doing an act, even if doing that act or abstaining from it is lawful.
3 - Unlawful entry to a website, or access to a website to change the designs of this website, destroy it, modify it, or occupy its address.
4- Infringement of private life by misusing mobile phones equipped with a camera, or the like.
5- Defaming others, and harming them, through various means of information technologies
