Daer sir/madam. My name Niaz mohammad i am from Pakistan. I sel my car before 10th months me and that gay who bye my car make one paper like pawar of attorney. For my behalf he transfer the car. And that time I feel the is transfer but not exactly. I realise nwo because i bay new car again i make new mulkiya new regesteroin RTA said you have fines that car wich one i sel. Then i contact who bay my car someone else with out inform me with my ownership. Now i convicted both of them who bay my car but he said this is not him issue. So what have i ligala whrits to cancel my ownership plz
