1. Hi there. My husband was in a relationship for 5... Hi there. My husband was in a relationship for 5 years before us getting married. He is an Indian and he was in relationship with a philipino. After he brokeup with her and decided to move on she claims to be pregnant. He offered her all the money and requested her to terminate but she claims that she will keep it. Now to deliver she has gone to philippines but is planning to bring the baby back to uae with a single mother birth certificate. Is it possible for her to force the child support from my husband as he is married to me and we are not interested to support anymore as we already supported before by giving her alot of money . She mailed him saying it's her decision and sole responsibility to bring up child but now she's harrasing by sending emails to his family members and him . How can we put a stop to this ? As she is trying to reach out to every friend and family member it's question of our prestige. Also we are not sure if it's his child or not because we are not sure what is her intention .she has been given a lot of money and gifts during the relationship and she was trying her best to ensure he stays in her life.but he has never promised of her marriage and also informed he wants to move on in life and get married to someone else.now that we are married she is trying her best to not let us be happy. What can our next step be to prevent a paternity test or prevent supporting the child as it's illegitimate born out of wedlock so whats the rule applicable for two expats of two different nationalities and religion ? Please advice
