Sir gud mrning..just I want to ask ..I file a complain n labor about my employer.after filling..my employer sent me a voice message dat I have to withdraw d complain so dat dey can continue for d cancellation and I did it..my employer told me my labor visa was cancelled and I have to go immigration for my visa cancellation. My question s is it my responsibility to cancel my visa or dem?is it my employer who should cancel and pay my overstay???pls help me..pls

We would like to inform you that Usually only the sponsor or his representative (such as a representative in the case of companies) is authorized to proceed with the cancellation of the residence visas he guarantees and in case the company decides to cancel the work visa for the employee, it should refer to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation requesting the cancellation of the employment contract and the work card for the employee and this application must be signed by both the employer and the employee, accompanied by a letter signed by the employee confirming that he has received all his salaries, benefits and end of service from the company and after the cancellation is completed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, only the sponsor can apply for the cancellation of the residence visa before the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in the Emirate concerned.

But some questions I want to clarifyWer can I get my copy of d cancellation of my work permit n d Mohre coz u told me dat I have to sign also dat I received all my benefits..I already withdraw my complain and I wanted to have d copy dat dey cancelled my work.permit so dat dey can proceed for d cancellation of my residence visa..Wer will I go..??
