If you have been sentenced to one month imprisonment and deportation to your country, you can appeal against this ruling through opposition if the sentence was in absentia or by appeal, and if the judgement is in attendance, you can ask the judge of the Court of Appeal to stay the execution of the judgement until a final judgement is issued in the case and if you obtain the acquittal, the judgement will be cancelled and therefore you will not be expelled from the state. But if the judgement issued against you is final and you carry out the penalty, you will be removed from the state and you can apply for mercy to the Public Prosecution for not expelling you from the state.
