If you commit a minor accident and sign a settlement between you and the company to pay a monthly sum of money and the company wants to terminate your services and transfer you to prison, then you can drop the employer’s accusation against you according to Article 69 of the Saudi Labor Law, which states: “The worker may not be accused of a violation that has been detected for more than thirty days, and a disciplinary penalty may not be imposed after the date of the investigation and its confirmation of the violation against the worker for more than thirty days.” If the employer violates this, you can file a complaint with the Labour Office against the employer.
