Iam on visiting visa and my employer as start to...
Iam on visiting visa and my employer as start to proceed work permit and labour card he pay money but i didn't sign any contract until now. the company is not good i want to quite. Is it possible. Will company can file any case against me

I didn't sign any where until this moment. But they paid cash our my labour card 200 aed... So there is no problem to quite from here right

As long as no document or contract has been signed, there is no contractual relationship with the employer, and therefore you are not responsible for the absence of the contractual bond

But he spent money for my labour card processing upto 285 Aed...its not a problem right....When i quit from this company and joined in another one. It will any problem for getting labour card in new company because here iam already apply for it.... It will make any objection by the govt..
