It is not possible to complete any transaction with the General Administration in UAE until after paying the fines exceeding the period of stay and amounting to one hundred dirhams for each day of residence in violation and if you want to leave the UAE permanently, you can apply to the General Directorate of Residency to exempt you from fifty percent of the fine in return for allowing you to travel, in addition to imposing a ban against you for a period of one year, and the application will be studied and the appropriate decision issued.
