Please can I apply for Poland work visa without...

You shall have the original and copy of the above mentioned documents, and if the language is Arabic then you have to translate it from the embassy office. After submitting the file, they will take your fingerprints and some photos from the visa application center, and the procedures may take 10 days or less.
***What I meant in the previous answer: If the visa was issued by an employer from Poland, then who will bear the costs of the visa is an adult without the condition that a bank statement is submitted by you
