Follow these steps to remove the WhatsApp bannd
Uninstall Whatsapp from your phone
Go to settings your phone
Go to apps and click on WhatsApp
Click on Uninstall
Now reinstall WhatsApp on your phone from your phone store
Enter your number and active your account
it will appears banned message
